What brand of shirts do you print on?

We print on original cut fine jersey (100% cotton) short sleeve t-shirts. We always test and choose the material with the capacity to last or to withstand wear and tear. In order to create these fine cut unisex t-shirts we joined forces with our wonderful fashion designer Liene Dejus.

What size shirt should I order?

Measure your favorite T-shirt and compare which size fits you best from the sizing chart provided on the product page below your chosen T-shirt image.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you would like a wholesale account, please contact us and include your business details in your message.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused / unworn shirts can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Shipping

How long will delivery of my order take?

We deliver your order on the following Monday or Friday from when we received the order. You will normally receive your order in 5-7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 7 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

What shall I do if haven’t received my package within 14 working days?

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the postal services. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. The proof of non-delivery would only become apparent to us by you, the customer, via notification.

Can I send a T-shirt as a gift to someone?

You should contact us in case you would like send purchased T-shirt as a gift. We will wrap it nicely and add a hand written message from you on a kraft card.
